PATERSON, NJ – Specialty chemicals and additives distributor JNS-SmithChem announced the acquisition of CheMarCo Inc., a specialty regional distributor based in Greenville, South Carolina. The acquisition will expand the scope and sales coverage of JNS-Smithchem while providing both companies complementary product lines to deepen the connection with their existing customer base.
