Gema announced that Karen Walters, marketing specialist, is celebrating 35 years of service in the coatings and finishing industry.

Walters plays a key role in supporting sales and marketing initiatives and works closely with Gema’s authorized distributor network across North America. She joined Gema in 2007 after holding various roles in manufacturing, technical sales support, and office management at Ransburg Corp., later ITW Ransburg and ITW Industrial Finishing.

A graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Walters earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing, distribution management, and international studies. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma and Alpha Sigma Lambda honor societies.

“Karen’s passion, expertise, and collaborative spirit make her a respected colleague and a true asset to our team,” said Jeffrey Hale, director of marketing for Gema USA Inc. “We are incredibly grateful for her leadership, loyalty, and dedication.”
