IMCD announced the appointment of Andreas Igerl as regional president for Europe, Middle East and Africa, effective Sept. 1, 2025. He will also assume leadership of the company’s global Industrial Business Groups over the course of the year. Igerl currently serves as regional president for Asia-Pacific and is a member of IMCD’s executive committee.

In his new role, Igerl will focus on driving growth and strengthening coordination across more than 30 countries in the EMEA region. He will also oversee the integration of IMCD’s global Industrial Business Groups to enhance strategic alignment and implementation of shared priorities.

Narendra Varde, currently managing director of IMCD India, will succeed Igerl as regional president APAC, effective Sept. 1. Varde has led IMCD India with a strong strategic approach and will continue driving regional growth and execution across Asia-Pacific.

A successor for Varde in India will be announced at a later date.
