Chemours and SRF Form Strategic Agreements

The Chemours Company announced the signing of strategic agreements with SRF Limited, a diversified chemical conglomerate based in India. The agreements will support market needs for fluoropolymers and fluoroelastomers used in semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, chemical processing, oil and gas, and other industries.
Chemours said the collaboration strengthens its global supply chain footprint, bolsters operational flexibility, and provides reliable access to capacity. The agreements will supplement the company’s existing operations without requiring upfront capital investment.
“This arrangement with SRF exemplifies our Pathway to Thrive strategy as we continue to shift our product mix to higher value applications, enhancing our position as a trusted supplier paired with our commitment to responsible manufacturing practices,” said Denise Dignam, president and CEO of Chemours.
Prashant Yadav, president and CEO of Fluorochemicals and Technical Textiles at SRF Limited, added that the partnership reflects SRF’s role as a trusted manufacturer of advanced materials and marks the beginning of a strong collaboration.
The companies expect the agreements to help address global market needs by 2026.
