WILsquare Capital announced that its portfolio company, Automotive Color & Supply, completed the acquisition of Smetzer Paint & Supply, a regional distributor of automotive and industrial paint and supply products based in northern Ohio. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands ACS’s footprint and service capabilities across the Midwest, reinforcing its presence in the automotive refinishing and industrial coating markets. ACS will integrate Smetzer’s customer relationships and regional expertise to strengthen support for a broader base of users.
