Graco Expands Through Acquisition

Graco Inc. announced that it acquired Red Devil Equipment Company, known in the market as Radia, in a transaction valued at $69 million. Radia generates more than $30 million in annual revenue and manufactures mixing, shaking, and automated material handling equipment for the growing paint and coatings industry.

Radia serves paint retailers across North America, supplying hardware, paint, and big-box stores with automated mixing solutions. The company is headquartered in Plymouth, Minnesota, and employs about 30 people worldwide.
Graco designs, manufactures, and markets systems and equipment that move, measure, control, dispense, and spray fluid materials across industrial and commercial applications. Headquartered in Minneapolis, the company serves customers in manufacturing, processing, construction, and maintenance industries around the world.
