Borchers, a Milliken brand and global supplier of coating additives, announced the appointment of IMCD S.A de C.V. as its exclusive distributor in Mexico, effective January 1, 2026. The agreement grants IMCD exclusive rights to distribute Borchers coating additives across the paint and coatings, construction, adhesives, printing inks, textile, leather, and paper markets. The appointment also represents a key step in Borchers’ effort to strengthen its availability and technical support across the region.

“We are excited to partner with IMCD S.A de C.V. to bring innovative solutions and enhanced service to customers in Mexico,” said Jeff Losch, senior vice president and managing director for Milliken’s polymer solutions business, which includes Borchers coating additives. “This collaboration builds on our global distribution partnership with IMCD, who also supports our Borchers brand across multiple European markets.”

IMCD’s distribution network and market expertise will support Borchers’ growth strategy in Mexico. Under the agreement, IMCD will distribute Borchers’ full additives portfolio and provide customers with access to high-performance solutions that support application efficiency and durability.

IMCD will fulfill all new orders beginning January 1, 2026. Borchers does not expect any significant impact on existing orders shipping before this date or during IMCD’s ramp-up period.
