RadTech Announces BIG IDEAS 2026 Conference Program

RadTech announced the official conference program for BIG IDEAS for UV+EB Technology 2026, scheduled for March 2–3, 2026 aboard the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier in San Diego.
According to the organization, the conference will bring together participants from advanced materials, automotive, defense, coil coatings, wearables, robotics and printing and packaging to examine how ultraviolet and electron beam technologies are influencing manufacturing processes and material performance.
The program includes presentations focused on UV and EB-enabled materials, processes and systems and their impact on performance, sustainability and design flexibility across multiple industries. Scheduled speakers represent industry, academia and technology developers, with topics ranging from recyclable photopolymers and additive manufacturing to automotive coating systems and electronics applications.
In addition to individual presentations, the agenda includes panel discussions addressing topics such as UV and EB applications in coil coatings, formulation challenges related to photoinitiators, defense-related manufacturing needs and recyclable packaging systems.
RadTech stated that the conference format is designed to support both structured technical sessions and extended discussions among attendees, with opportunities to engage on emerging trends in UV and EB curing technologies and their role in modern manufacturing environments.
BIG IDEAS for UV+EB Technology is organized by RadTech, a nonprofit trade association focused on advancing the development and adoption of ultraviolet and electron beam technologies across coatings, inks, adhesives and related applications.
