OCSiAl announced the appointment of Antigone Loudiadis to its board of directors following a recent investment in the company.
According to OCSiAl, an investment entity owned by Loudiadis made a substantial investment in late 2025, following an earlier investment by a Luxembourg-based group of investors.
Loudiadis founded and led Rothesay Life and previously served as a partner at Goldman Sachs International, where she was co-head of the European investment banking division. Her career includes work on structured finance and mergers and acquisitions as well as advising governments and multinational institutions.
“I am very excited to be joining OCSiAl,” Loudiadis said. “It’s cutting-edge deep tech that takes established industries—like tires and coatings—to a new level.”
Peter Cuneo, chairman of the OCSiAl board, said Loudiadis brings experience in capital markets and governance as the company continues its industrial scale-up and prepares for future investment.
OCSiAl develops and manufactures graphene nanotubes used in a range of applications, including coatings, polymers and energy-related technologies.
