Pflaumer Brothers introduced TERACURE® MCR-2, an MDI-based polyisocyanate pre-polymer for moisture-cured and two-component polyurethane systems. The material targets corrosion-resistant primer applications on steel and other metal substrates.

The product provides chemical resistance, mechanical strength and formulation flexibility. In zinc-rich primer systems, it supports galvanic protection, adhesion and durable film formation. It can also be used in single-component moisture-cured formulations for porous substrates or as a hardener in two-component polyurethane coatings.

TERACURE® MCR-2 is compatible with urethane-grade ketones, aromatic solvents and esters with low moisture content. Its 100% solids and controlled viscosity support consistent application and film build.
