WAGNER introduced the Sprint 2 Expert manual powder coating system with integrated digital controls and process management tools. The system features a seven-inch touchscreen interface for adjusting voltage, air settings and powder output, while displaying operating data and maintenance information.

A built-in coating assistant guides users through setup parameters and generates optimized coating recipes based on part geometry, coating structure and powder type. Integrated tools support data export, powder consumption tracking and user-specific access for improved traceability.

The system also includes airflow control technology for consistent powder output and a manual powder gun designed for ergonomic operation and adjustable coating performance.
