Benjamin Moore Expands with New Global Entities

Benjamin Moore & Co. announced the formation of two wholly owned subsidiaries, BM Prudhoe Limited and C&R Scotland Limited, as part of its expansion strategy in the United Kingdom and broader global markets.
The company said BM Prudhoe Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire a manufacturing facility in Northern England from Horizon Products. The site is expected to expand manufacturing capacity and support regional supply chain stability.
C&R Scotland Limited has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire the Craig & Rose brand, a Scotland-based paint brand established in 1829. The acquisition adds a heritage-focused offering to the company’s portfolio, targeting residential contractors, architects and design professionals, and consumers in the United Kingdom.
“The formation of BM Prudhoe and C&R Scotland Limited are two pivotal advancements in our strategic global expansion,” said Dan Calkins, chairman and CEO of Benjamin Moore. “Strengthening our manufacturing and distribution capacity in the UK market and surrounding regions ensures the long-term growth of our business and enables us to meet the growing demand for premium paints and colors from professional end-users and homeowners alike.”
The company said the new subsidiaries will operate independently within their respective regions.
