Borchers, a Milliken brand, launched Borchi® Gen 0311, a high-molecular-weight wetting and dispersing agent for solventborne polyurethane coating systems.

The additive is designed to enable co-grinding of organic and inorganic pigments in 2K solventborne PU industrial coatings. It supports color strength development, broad pigment compatibility, low-viscosity dispersions and long-term dispersion stability to help minimize flocculation and settling.

Borchi Gen 0311 is APEO-free and tin-free, aligning with regulatory and sustainability expectations. The company says the product can help reduce processing complexity while maintaining color performance in industrial polyurethane applications.
