Behr and REMAX Canada Launch DIYconomics Partnership

Behr Paint Company and REMAX Canada announced a collaboration designed to help new and prospective homeowners make budget-conscious DIY decisions.
The campaign used the REMAX Media Network, digital channels and agent voices to share approachable project advice, paint inspiration and home improvement resources with Canadian consumers.
At the center of the collaboration was DIYconomics, Behr’s campaign concept focused on showing how do-it-yourself paint projects can create visible home updates without requiring a large renovation budget.
The companies also planned a national digital contest offering a prize package valued at $2,000 CAD, including Behr paint, a Home Depot Canada gift card and a personal color consultation with Erika Woelfel, vice president of Color and Creative Services at Behr.
