Galileo Puts Ultimate Linings Polyurea to the Test
Ultimate Linings hosted the Galileo production team at its Lebanon, Tennessee, facility for demonstrations examining the impact and abrasion resistance of spray-applied polyurea coatings.
The Galileo crew toured Ultimate Linings’ laboratory, production floor and testing areas. According to the company, the program tested polyurea-coated objects under crushing weight, drops and other high-impact conditions.
Ultimate Linings said the demonstrations highlighted the rapid cure, elasticity and force-distribution properties of its two-component polyurea systems. The company serves transportation, construction, infrastructure, defense, marine and corrosion-control markets.
The resulting Galileo segment provided a behind-the-scenes look at the company’s coating-development and testing operations in Tennessee.
