Imerys Q2 EBITDA Rises 14.5% as Minerals Demand Improves

Imerys reported second-quarter revenue of €906 million, up 2.9% at constant exchange rates. Adjusted EBITDA increased 14.5% at constant exchange rates to €172 million and represented 19% of revenue, compared with 17.3% a year earlier.
For the first half, revenue reached €1.74 billion, an increase of 1.8% at constant exchange rates. Adjusted EBITDA rose 10% at constant exchange rates to €290 million.
Performance Minerals generated first-half revenue of €1.03 billion, with growth supported by activity in the Americas. Second-quarter revenue in the Americas reached €220 million as volume increased 1.2%, led by filtration and market-share gains in polymers.
Imerys also completed its acquisition of SB Mineração, a Brazilian producer of ground calcium carbonate used in polymers, thermosets, paints and coatings. The business generated more than $30 million in 2025 sales.
The company is targeting full-year adjusted EBITDA of €550 million to €580 million, assuming no material deterioration in the economic environment.
