Modular Radiant Heating System Targets Cure Bottlenecks

Need to Know
- The system applies concentrated radiant energy during the early stages of curing to help coated parts reach gel temperature faster.
- It can be integrated into existing curing operations as a standalone system or combined with gas catalytic infrared technology.
WolfRayet has launched a Radiant Heat Technology (RHT) modular system for powder coating and industrial finishing operations. The system introduces concentrated radiant energy during the early stages of curing, helping coated parts reach gel temperature more quickly and reducing cure bottlenecks.
The system is designed as an alternative to adding oven length or undertaking a larger oven expansion. Its modular design allows it to be integrated into existing curing operations and installed as a standalone heating solution or combined with WolfRayet’s Gas Catalytic Infrared technology as part of a hybrid curing strategy.
