Sealless ANSI Pumps Support Corrosive Fluid Transfer

Finish Thompson Inc. is highlighting its UCR and UCP Series ANSI-dimensional pumps from the ULTRAChem® centrifugal mag-drive line for corrosive fluid-transfer applications.
The UCR Series uses pure ETFE housing lining, a barrier liner, molding over the magnets and ductile iron construction. The series supports working pressures up to 300 psi, temperatures up to 250 °F and flow rates from 1 to 1,450 gpm.
The UCP Series combines polypropylene and ETFE construction as a lower-cost alternative to an all-ETFE-lined design. It supports working pressures up to 300 psi, temperatures up to 180 °F and flow rates up to 450 gpm.
Both pump series use a sealless magnetic-drive configuration designed for leak-free operation without double mechanical seals or seal-support systems. Applications include plating, mining, chemical manufacturing, metal manufacturing and fume scrubbers.
