IDEX Corp. has acquired Liquid Controls L.L.C.
NORTHBROOK, IL — IDEX Corp., Northbrook, IL, has acquired Liquid Controls L.L.C., a supplier of flow meters, electronic-registration and process-control systems based in Lake Bluff, IL. Terms were not announced. Liquid Controls, which also is a partner in joint ventures in Italy and India, will be operated as part of its Pump Products Group, IDEX said.
