The Solvay Group announced the launch of a new company
The Solvay Group, Brussels, announced the launch of a new company as a result of the integration of its fluoropolymers activities with those of Ausimont, which was acquired by Solvay in May 2002. The new company, named Solvay Solexis, Bollate, Italy, is a major global supplier of fluoropolymers, fluoroelastomers and fluorinated fluids for various industrial markets, Solvay said. The new business will be based in Bollate, Italy.
