Dover Chemical is Now Manufacturing PIBSA and Derivatives
DOVER, OH - Dover Chemical Corp., a subsidiary of ICC Industries Inc., now has polyisobutylene succinic anhydride (PIBSA) and derivative products in commercial production at its Hammond, IN, facility. PIBSA is a versatile chemical intermediate that adds functionalities, particularly dispersion, to hydrocarbon products used in a wide range of applications, including additives for petroleum-based and bio fuels, oil drilling, explosives, coatings, and water treatment.
Dover also provides technical assistance to customers developing PIBSA derivatives as well as manufacturing of custom products at lab, pilot or commercial scale.
Dover supplies PIBSA and PIBSI in drums, totes, tank wagons and rail cars to customers in North America. Its PIBSA products are available globally through ICC Industries Inc.
