DOVER, OH – Dover Chemical Corp., a subsidiary of ICC Industries Inc., now has polyisobutylene succinic anhydride (PIBSA) and derivative products in commercial production at its Hammond, IN, facility. PIBSA is a versatile chemical intermediate that adds functionalities, particularly dispersion, to hydrocarbon products used in a wide range of applications.
