Cross-linker Helps Weather Resistance
Primid QM-1260 hydroxyalkylamide cross-linker is a white crystalline solid with a melting point of approximately 105°C. It is recommended for high-performance weather-resistant polyester powder coatings. It has excellent gas oven stability and can be used to reduce discoloration under critical curing conditions. The cross-linker's high initial whiteness improves the quality of white polyester powder coatings.

Fine-Clad M-8950 resin cures at temperatures as low as 250°F. Suitable for exterior applications, it exhibits excellent weathering resistance in formulated powder coatings. Curing Agent for Low Temperatures
Hardener XB 3086 curing agent is suitable for epoxy powder coatings with cure temperatures as low as 120°C. It is compatible with solid bisphenol-A-based epoxy resins and epoxy phenol novolac-modified solid epoxy resins. Powder coating formulations developed with this curing agent cure rapidly at standard cure temperatures of about 200°C. Heat-sensitive substrates such as wood, medium-density fiberboard, plastics and plywood may be powder coated using the low-temperature-cure option. At higher temperatures, cure cycles can be reduced by 3 to 4 minutes for coil coatings, pipe, rebar and other less temperature-sensitive substrates.

Sieves Have Vibrating Ultrasonic Mesh Deblinding Systems
Compact 900 Series sieves are fitted with Vibrasonic mesh deblinding systems. The systems combine conventional vibration and ultrasonics. An ultrasonic frequency is applied directly to the separator mesh, breaking down surface tension and eliminating friction from the wires.
