CHARLOTTE, NC — IGM Resins Inc. has added two senior executives to manage its growing business at the global level. Timothy J. Fagan has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, and Michael Lotman has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. Both report to Chief Executive Officer Edward Frindt and are based at IGM’s North American regional center in Charlotte, NC.

“IGM Resins has evolved to a leadership position in the radcure/UV coatings industry since its founding in the late nineties,” said Frindt. “We are enhancing our organizational infrastructure to better support our customers as we continue to grow, and I could not be happier with the addition of these two quality individuals.”

Fagan came to IGM from Kadan LLC, where he served as CFO for a variety of international family-owned and/or private equity group portfolio companies. His more than 20-year career includes CEO and managing director responsibilities and accomplishments in strategic and operational business planning, financial and operational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, ERP systems design and implementation, and ISO 9000 quality systems.

Lotman is an 18-year veteran of the coatings and adhesives industry with experience in manufacturing, technical management and supply chain. He served several subsidiaries of the world’s fifth-largest oil and gas company, Total, in positions that included Executive Director of Operations, Director of Global Operations, Director of Coatings Manufacturing and Plant Manager.
