PPG Architectural Finishes Inc. has launched a reformulated Manor Hall^® interior super premium latex paint that is resistant to household stains through the combination of resin and proprietary formulation.

These 100-percent acrylic latex paints have outstanding adhesion and coverage, offering a burnish- and mildew-resistant coating and providing the durability for use in high humidity and high traffic areas. The product is recommended for the following substrates:  concrete/masonry block, ferrous metal, gypsum wallboard-drywall, plaster and wood.

Features include: a paint, primer and stain repellent in one; < 50 g/L VOC, which can be used in all regulated areas; excellent burnish resistance; excellent flow and leveling, which provides better hiding coverage; durability that enables repeated cleaning; and a lifetime limited warranty.

Manor Hall interior paints are available in flat enamel, eggshell, stain and semi-gloss sheens.
