GARDEN CITY, NY - Chemical distributor Superior Materials Inc. announced the expansion and reorganization of its Customer Service Department at its Garden City, NY, headquarters.
Elaine Sguera and Mike Seppa have recently joined the company as Customer Service Representatives. They join JoAnn Veneziano who has been with Superior for eight years. Eli Ortiz is now in charge of Superior’s IT Department and is responsible for implementing the company's new Chempax Software System. Ortiz has been with Superior Materials for five years as a Customer Support Specialist.
Mary Ellen Rogers has been promoted to Customer Service Manager. Rogers has spent the majority of her career in raw materials distribution and has been with Superior for six years as a Customer Support Specialist. She will be responsible for leading the team that processes orders from Superior’s current customer base.
