Covestro has decided to enter into concrete negotiations with Adnoc regarding a potential transaction and the potential conclusion of an investment agreement, as well as to allow for an adequate exchange of company information to confirm assumptions.
The new coatings use an electron beam or ultra-violet energy to convert a liquid coating into a fully cured solid finish in seconds, without any significant loss of thickness or weight.
