The company announced a strategic acquisition of significant methanol production facilities and a low-carbon methanol business.

The company announced that it will showcase its digital and sustainably advantaged solutions at Automechanika Frankfurt 2024, the world’s leading trade fair for the automotive aftermarket, which takes place Sept. 10-14, 2024, at the Messe Frankfurt exhibition center in Germany.

The Cradle to Cradle (C2C) certification is a comprehensive certification system that aims to make products and materials more sustainable throughout their entire life cycle.

This innovation helps refinish customers improve productivity, optimize labor, and reduce waste, while delivering accurate color matches.

“This appointment is a result of our unprecedented growth in business," stated Michael Knoblauch, President of Keyland Polymer.

The company announced details about when it will release its financial results for the fiscal 2025 first quarter. 

The company's new leader brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as President of Titanium Technologies at Chemours.

The acquisition included AUSA’s 250,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility in Barcelona, Spain, approximately 350 team members and access to 200 equipment dealers worldwide.

Tony Thomas, President of Polyrheo USA, said the new site "represents a logical next step towards our strategic goal of becoming a significant chemical manufacturer in the United States with a focus on chemicals used in the CASE market, especially resins."
