GUELPH, Ontario — TIGER Drylac has introduced TIGERTexT, a commercial messaging system that brings an extra level of convenience by allowing customers to reach the company's customer experience or inside sales representative directly via SMS text message. TIGERTexT allows customers to avoid crowded e-mail or voicemail boxes and interact directly with their representative to check inventory, determine lead times, receive price quotes, place orders, or make technical inquires. TIGERText does not replace any previous forms of communication, such as e-mail or voice, it is an additional service.

"At TIGER we are working hard to be easy to do business with. Our customers told us they prefer to have an option to place inquiries via text as it is a fast and convenient two-way communication," said Dan Simovic, Co-CEO of TIGER Drylac North America.

TIGERTexT was launched April 12, 2021, and the company reports that it has been very well received. TIGER customers can register for the service by visiting and selecting "Subscribe" on the homepage. From there, they can opt-in to e-mail and/or text communications to stay up to date.
