PSG Grows European Reach With Acquisition

PSG, an operating company of Dover Corporation, announced the acquisition of ipp Pump Products GmbH, a German-based manufacturer of sanitary pump technologies, including hygienic lobe and progressive cavity pumps, and other processing equipment.
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Bersenbrück, Germany, ipp specializes in equipment designed for gentle, contactless fluid handling and optimized for clean-in-place and steam-in-place processes. The acquisition expands Dover’s presence in sectors such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and biotechnology.
“ipp has developed differentiated technologies that address some of the most complicated and mission-critical hygienic applications,” said Karl Buscher, president of PSG. “This acquisition adds complementary technologies to PSG’s pump portfolio to more broadly serve our diverse customer base across numerous strategic end markets.”
