Siegwerk Opens Dubai Site to Support Middle East Packaging Market
Siegwerk announced the opening of a new site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, expanding its presence in the Middle East with a combined office and warehouse facility. The new location will improve service proximity and logistical efficiency, enabling faster delivery and enhanced customer support across the region.
“As demand for high-performance and sustainable packaging solutions continues to grow in the Middle East, we are excited to establish a stronger local presence through our new site in Dubai,” said Stefan Rosenberg, head of sales, Business Unit Narrow Web at Siegwerk.
The expansion aligns with Siegwerk’s broader global strategy to invest in key growth markets and promote sustainable innovation. The company emphasized the relevance of its LED Dual Cure ink technology for packaging printers in the region, highlighting benefits such as reduced energy consumption, lower CO₂ emissions, and regulatory compliance.
Siegwerk’s portfolio includes solutions such as the SICURA Nutriflex LEDTec series, a low-migration UV flexo ink suitable for primary food, pharmaceutical, and hygiene packaging, and SICURA Flex Dual Cure for standard label applications. Both series are compatible with LED and UV arc curing technologies.
“With our local experts and new infrastructure, we are ideally positioned to support customers in their transition to LED curing as a future-ready printing technology,” Rosenberg added.
