Voting is now open for the 2025 People’s Choice Tank of the Year contest, presented by Tnemec Company, Inc., a manufacturer of high-performance protective coatings. Water tank enthusiasts and community members can cast their votes by visiting tankoftheyear.com.

“This year’s contest is shaping up to be yet another spectacular year for this contest,” said Kevin Morris, Director of the Water Tank Market. “The number of nominations is indicative of the overall popularity of this contest, as we have received nominations from all over North America.”

Each voter may cast one ballot, but front-runners can be viewed anytime by revisiting the site. Voting will remain open through Oct. 17 at 5 p.m. CDT.

The tank receiving the most online votes will be named the People’s Choice winner and will automatically advance as a finalist for the official Tank of the Year title. The People’s Choice winner and 11 additional finalists selected by Tnemec’s internal committee will be announced Oct. 21, with the overall Tank of the Year winner revealed Oct. 24. All finalists and nominees will be featured in Tnemec’s 2026 water tank calendar, beginning with the Tank of the Year in January.
