Heirloom Traditions Paint reported 2025 sales of $30-$35 million as it expanded its direct-to-consumer and manufacturing capabilities.
Heirloom Traditions Paint was founded in 2013 in Paula Blankenship’s kitchen. Originally developed to simplify furniture-restoration projects, the company’s ALL-IN-ONE Paint® formula combines multiple painting steps in one product and is designed for use by consumers of varying skill levels. The company offers paint, stains, finishes, prep products and project tools for furniture, cabinetry, flooring and other interior and exterior surfaces.
The women-owned, employee-owned company has built a direct-to-consumer model centered on its own e-commerce platform and Amazon. Its products are supported by tutorials, color guidance and a customer community intended to help consumers complete home-improvement and restoration projects.

In 2024, Blankenship acquired Kelley Technical Coatings, now operating as CamCoat. The acquisition expanded the company’s manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio into pool, deck, safety, architectural and maintenance coatings.
At the time of publication, the company was nearing completion of a new 85,000-square-foot manufacturing, distribution and warehouse campus in Taylorsville. The 17-acre site is intended to consolidate prior Louisville operations, including former Kelley Technical Coatings assets, while supporting high-volume production, automation and direct-to-consumer fulfillment.

Notes: In May, Amazon highlighted Heirloom Traditions Paint’s use of Fulfillment by Amazon to support nationwide direct-to-consumer distribution. The company said its fulfillment model helped it expand product availability, support jobs in Taylorsville and invest in additional manufacturing and warehouse capacity.
