Nathan Borgmeyer has joined Reichhold Inc. as a Technical manager for the graphic-arts segment of the company's Global Coatings and Performance Resins division.

David A. Cocuzzi, Technology manager for Akzo Nobel Coil Coatings in North America, has been elected to the board of directors of the Cool Roof Rating Council and has been appointed the board's vice chairman, the company announced. Cocuzzi, who has more than 30 years of experience in the coatings and construction industries, is a past chairman of the American Chemical Society's Division of Polymeric Materials: Science and Engineering (PMSE) and the Technology Committee of the National Coil Coating Association.

Foxcolor Inc., a manufacturer of custom color-matched touch-up paint and a supplier of packaging services for aerosols, bottles, pens, and containers, has named Lee E. Dahlen Process engineer, Michael D. Stryker Inside Sales/Customer Service representative, Jason J. Plachetka Sales manager, and Neal J. Weber Production manager. Foxcolor is based in Oshkosh, WI.

David W. Delaney has joined Russell-Stanley Inc. as manager, Technical Services, based at the company's new drum-testing center in South Brunswick, NJ. Russell-Stanley, Bridgewater, NJ, is a supplier of plastic and steel containers.

Christine A. Gehres has joined Engelhard Corp. as vice president, Marketing, for Appearance and Performance Technologies, with responsibility for marketing and strategic growth initiatives involving products sold to the coatings, automotive, construction, plastics, and other markets.

Degussa has named Douglas M. Harless senior vice president and general manager of the company's Coatings & Colorants business unit's Colorants business line.

Patricia Jones has joined H.B. Fuller Co. as chief administrative officer, with responsibility for the company's legal, human resources, community affairs, public-relations, and other administrative functions. Jones, who was most recently senior vice president, Administration, for publishing company The Star Tribune Co., will also hold the position of general counsel and secretary at H.B. Fuller.

DuPont Nylon Intermediates, Specialties and Polymer has named Kevin Kenaley business manager, Core Intermediates, and Nadine de Vries North American business manager, HMD Specialties and Adipic Specialties.

The American Chemistry Council (ACC) announced that Greg Lebedev has been named president and CEO, effective Oct. 1. He will succeed Fred Webber, who recently announced plans to retire. Lebedev was formerly chief operating officer and executive vice president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and previously has held various leadership roles at the American Trucking Association and The Hay Group. He served twice as deputy assistant secretary of State under Henry Kissinger and was a member of the White House staff during the Ford Administration. Webber, ACC president since 1992, launched several new initiatives, including the creation of the Chlorine Chemistry Council, the establishment of the High Production Volume chemical initiative, the beginning of the industry's Long-Range Research Initiative, and the formation of the Voluntary Children's Chemical Evaluation Program. He also presided over the ACC's merger with the American Plastics Council.

The E.T. Horn Co. has named Lew Privon to handle sales in Utah, Colorado and northern California. Privon, formerly based in northern California, will relocate to Salt Lake City, the company said.

MD-Both Industries, a supplier of metallic ink, bronze and aluminum pigments and carbon-black dispersions, has named Chris Ravenscroft president. Ravenscroft remains managing director of Wolstenholme International Ltd. of the U.K., a parent company of MD-Both. Andrew Rink, former president of MD-Both, was named to direct commercial operations of the European and North American markets, the company said.

Ultra Additives Inc. has named Dianna Renz and Mary Taylor Regional Sales managers and promoted Paul Fox to account manager, Northeast Sales, for the coatings, adhesives and ink industries. Renz was named Regional Sales manager in the southeastern United States for the paint and coatings, adhesives and ink markets. Taylor was appointed Regional Sales manager for Industrial Fluids on the East Coast.
