SHENYANG, China – DuPont has opened a new development laboratory and manufacturing facility in China. The technical center is located in Shanghai, China, and the manufacturing operations are located in Changchun. The new facilities will help Chinese automakers meet sustainability goals, introducing water-based coatings that perform well and also help reduce emissions of VOCs.
