CRANBURY, NJ — Rhodia, member of Solvay group, has appointed Katia Haddad Francisco Braga as Regional Market Director of the Rhodia Coatings Business Team in Latin America.

Braga will be responsible for leading the sales and business development market teams for the Coatings Team and expanding opportunities in the region. Prior to joining Rhodia, Braga held a Senior Business Manager position at BASF, where she worked to launch the formulation additives division in South America. A chemical engineer by training, Braga has experience in both commercial sales and product development, having managed key accounts as well as distributor sales networks. She will report to Simon Mawson, Global Business Director for the Rhodia Novecare Coatings.
