The appointments take effect Sept. 1 and build on a three-segment structure PPG established in 2025.
Alisha Bellezza, currently senior vice president, global automotive coatings and packaging coatings, will become senior vice president of the Industrial Coatings segment. She will continue to lead global automotive coatings while adding oversight of industrial coatings, packaging coatings and specialty products.
Chancey Hagerty, currently senior vice president, global automotive refinish coatings and aerospace, will become senior vice president of the Performance Coatings segment. Hagerty will continue to lead the company’s global automotive refinish coatings business while expanding his responsibilities to include aerospace, protective and marine coatings and traffic solutions.
Henrik Bergström, currently senior vice president, global architectural coatings, will lead the Global Architectural Coatings segment.
PPG Chairman and CEO Tim Knavish said the more focused leadership structure is intended to help the company accelerate growth and productivity while optimizing performance across the three segments.
The changes place broader operating responsibility with each segment leader while retaining existing business leadership beneath them. Juliane Hefel, senior vice president, industrial coatings and specialty products, will report to Bellezza, while senior aerospace and protective and marine coatings leaders will report to Hagerty.
