The company announced price changes for its specialty carbon black products in Europe and South Korea, aiming to address rising costs and innovation.

The increase is due to the ongoing raw material cost escalation, particularly butadiene, which has doubled since the beginning of the year.

Effective August 1, 2024, OQ will increase prices for various products produced at the Bay City, Texas facility.
